For product or billing support, email support@countbins.shop. For privacy and data requests, email privacy@countbins.shop. Include only the details needed to handle your request; never email sign-in links or sensitive inventory data.
Billing help
Paid checkout is not open yet. When subscriptions open, Billing will provide the Creem portal for cancellation and refund requests. The support response commitment is three business days.
