Import a CSV
Use SKU, name, bin and quantity columns, then map your headers. Optional notes and custom fields are supported. Preview stays in your browser. Confirmation adds quantities atomically. Files are limited to 1 MiB and 20,000 rows; split larger files into separate confirmed imports. Duplicate SKU–bin rows are rejected.
Receive, use or transfer
Choose a SKU, a bin and a positive whole quantity. Transfers need two different bins. Stock cannot go below zero. Every confirmed submission has one retry identity. If a response is lost, use Retry saved request before doing another operation.
Count and correct
Select Count and enter the actual quantity. Review the displayed difference before confirming. A changed old quantity returns a conflict. Reload the stock to start again. Reverse an event from History; a reversal is another event, never an edit.
Delete and restore
Deleted SKUs and bins move to Recently deleted. Restore within seven days on Free or 30 days on a Team plan, subject to your current limits. Quantity records stay associated while recoverable.
Manage the crew
Owners invite verified email accounts, revoke invitations and remove members. Members can maintain stock and export CSV, but cannot buy, manage members or delete the workspace. Revoking membership removes access immediately.
Cancel, export and leave
Open the billing portal to cancel automatic renewal. Your paid period continues. After expiry or refund, stock becomes read-only for 30 days with exports. During that window choose which 100 SKUs and 25 bins to keep; otherwise the most recently updated are kept. Remaining quantities are limited to 2,000 rows and fields to the first three names. Extra members are removed. Export before the deadline.
Account deletion
Export first. A fresh sign-in and the word DELETE are required. Active auto-renewal must be confirmed canceled before deletion. Inventory and sessions are removed; a minimal pseudonymous transaction ledger may remain for necessary financial records.
