No surprise overage charges.
All plans allow up to 60 writes per minute. Limits are enforced with a clear message; we never automatically charge for overages. CSV files are limited to 1 MiB and 20,000 rows per confirmed import. Confirmed originals stay for 30 days. Team plans show an in-app usage warning at 80%.
Paid plans renew automatically, plus applicable taxes. Cancel through your Creem portal; your paid period stays available. Every new charge and renewal has a 14-day full refund. We bear the merchant processing fee and respond to support within three business days.
Changing between Team 3 and Team 5 uses support. To change monthly/annual billing, cancel and repurchase after the current period; no proration is promised. After expiry or refund you get a 30-day read-only export window, then Free-limit cleanup. Read cancellation and cleanup details.
Photos, barcode scanning, offline mode and API access are not included. Paid checkout is not open yet.
