Privacy policy

Data we use
We use your email and account name to sign you in, manage workspace membership and send requested service emails. We store the inventory, notes, custom fields, quantities and history you choose to save. Do not put sensitive personal information in inventory fields. CSV preview stays in your browser until confirmation.
Service providers
Cloudflare supplies hosting, D1 storage and security services. Better Auth manages authentication in our application database. Purelymail delivers sign-in, invitation and support mail. Creem is the Merchant of Record for payments and holds card data; CountBins does not store card numbers. Data may be processed outside your country, and the operator is in China.
Access and security
Workspace data is private to its members. Owners control invitations and removal. We use authenticated sessions, server-side workspace permissions and transaction checks. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. A pending submission may be held in your browser tab to permit a safe retry; it is cleared after confirmation or sign-out. No advertising, session replay or third-party analytics are included.
Retention
Account and active inventory data stay while the account is active. Visible event history lasts 30 days on Free or 12 months on Team plans. Deleted objects are recoverable for seven or 30 days respectively. Confirmed CSV originals are retained for 30 days. Expired or refunded workspaces have a 30-day read-only export window, followed by the disclosed Free-limit cleanup. Cleanup runs when the workspace is accessed; inactive data may remain until the next maintenance or verified deletion request. Backups may retain removed data temporarily and are not restored into active use without applying deletions.
Your choices
Export inventory CSV or owner account JSON in the app. Owners can remove members; members can request removal. A fresh sign-in is required to delete your account. We do not sell personal data. We retain only necessary pseudonymous transaction identifiers after account deletion, with a seven-year financial retention plan subject to applicable legal review.
Contact and changes
Use the privacy contact on the Contact page for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email before taking effect. Current mailbox availability is disclosed on the Contact page. Paid checkout is not open yet.
