Give each box or shelf a name your team already uses. Add a SKU once, then record its quantity in as many bins as you need.
Make the next move clear
Receive new stock, record what was used, or transfer it between bins. A transfer updates both bins together.
Count what is really there
Enter the actual count, review the difference, then confirm. If someone changes the stock while you count, reload before confirming.
Correct the record
A reversal adds a correcting event. It keeps the original history and refuses a correction that would leave negative stock.
